In November 2021, COP26 in Glasgow will face the monumental task of bridging the gap between countries’ current climate commitments and the significant transformation needed to tackle the climate emergency. With food systems
accounting for 1/3 of total GHG emissions, the road from Glasgow to Paris must go through the farm gate! Yet farmers and cities are too often left outside the room. The Fork to Farm dialogues amplifies their voices and contribute to a social movement of farmers and cities who take the lead in decarbonising food systems, bringing narratives of local leadership to COP26.
