Effective mitigation of dangerous climate change requires new, climate-focused policies across all areas of the economy and society, including international public finance domains such as public export finance. However, progress on the
alignment of financial flows with low GHG emissions pathways remains slow. This project aims to support the transition to a low carbon economy by creating awareness on export finance and climate change, and by advocating for the alignment of public export finance by EU member states to climate change goals and to the principles of a just transition.
