Building Public and Political will

The Carbon Neutral Cities Alliance will pursue a three-pronged, communications-focused, tools and skills-building agenda to build the public and political will for carbon neutral policy throughout Europe.

The three-pronged approach will:

1. train leading European cities in becoming better communicators in order to publicly promote and build support for aggressive climate action and policy in each city
2. support city-based peer learning on radical change across European cities; and
3. help European cities institutionalize the radical change within and across city departments.
